Bottled@AIH53 (thanks (?!?) to my parents). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is dusty, wet dog, some grains and mild rubber. Flavour is grain, rubber, herbs and some mild dusty notes. Harsh.

Bottle 500ml (AIH53)
Clear golden color, decent white head. Strong skunky grassy nose. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty, skunky, grassy with lots of cardboard. Some pear too. Horrible industrial "pils".

500ml bottle - thanks Marduk and friends! (2:2-:2:2:5=1.3-)
I can smell this a metre away. Nasty limey fake aroma hops. Corny too about 20 cm away. Closer, there’s plastic and even somehting rubbery. Exceedingly watery. Carbonation doesn’t help. Starch, cardboard, paper glue. Some sweetness, but not caramell or sugar, if you take a big gulp. Ugh chemical acrid dusty finish. This is an utter abomination. Extremely pale.

bottle, from a supermarket in baska voda. very pale, clear yellow with a short-lived head; wet cardboard, flavours like licking the inside of an old washing machine

ogivlado (6634) - Zagreb, CROATIA - MAR 6, 2013
Bottled 500ml. -from local Konzum supermarket. Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized airy white head, cheap corn in the nose. Weak malty, corn and slight vegetables taste with minimal hops and short watery finish. Drinkable almost like supermarket beers. No need to say anything else except Great job Heineken...again.

50 cl glass bottle. Thanks to kevnic2008.
Golden in the glass with a slightly grainy nose. The beer starts mild, a bit grainy. Mainpart is between watery and slightly flavourful, becoming bitterer in the end, and more grain. Not really malty, more grainy. The aftertaste is long, not too sweet, nicely bitter and too much grainy. --> 6/9/5/6

Marduk (4500) - Reval, ESTONIA - SEP 22, 2015
500ml bottle (thanks Pitsu & co). Pale yellow color. Medium size, white head, stays. Rotten vegetables, hop extract, sweet, corny in aroma. Stench is stronger than Xymelin. Should have used that to cure my running nose. Starchy, cardboard, malty, sweet, artificial hops in taste. Bloody Hell! People actually drink that?! Not good not good at all. Never again!

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2013 My first reaction to the addition of this to the site yesterday was "hm... since when is Karlovačka contr... nonono Sokol’s one of Efes Russia’s brands, not Heineken’s". Then I saw the commercial deScription in Croatian.... Then I found it in a store today...

The sheer stupidity of the marketing department of this brewery, its’ obliviousness to the development of the world of beer, its blatant disregard of any development, potential or existing, of the Croatian brewing scene is incredible. A bunch of clowns, that’s what they are. THE LAST THING THE CROATIAN BEER MARKET NEEDED WAS ANOTHER BLOODY PALE LAGER! Each cent (or lipa) invested in those incompetent fools is wasted. A half-assed attempt at making a lower-tier beer to a beer that’s already low-tier (regular Karlovačko), but which they are trying to push as sorta "premium" without any improvements to the beer itself. On the contrary. And the design? Someone was actually PAID for this? Most people could do a better job in MS Paint. The slogan? Revitalizes the soul and the body? Seriously? SERIOUSLY? The entire package just screams "crap". As "brand-conscious" as they are, one would’ve thought that they’d actually TRY while introducing a new one. Not. And here we were thinking that they were, for once, moving in the right direction, after the revived the all too ordinary (but appreciated as "different") Karlovačko Crno.

The beer itself? The expected pissy pale yellow-golden with a medium sized head that went away relatively fast. The nose alternates between ordinary grassy hop and soft baker’s yeast with a note of maltiness. Crappy grassy hop, light metallic notes, light light cabbage, sligthly sweaty, some sweetness pushes through and it feels kinda corny. They haven’t revealed the ingredients so we won’t know, will we... The finish is green apple hop, devoid of any proper bitterness. Not really appealing... Go away falcon, you are redundant.
