Bottle at home. Fairly standard pale lager. Not much head. Malt flavor. A bit citrusy. Watery with no after taste. Pass.

Poured pale yellow, but had a hint of lacing. Corn... no hop flavor. Not even thirst quenching. A shame.

Golden colour. Low carbo, not much head. Empty grains, creamed corn, wonderbread malts in the nose. Almost nothing flavourwise, maybe some steamed rice. Watery finish. Fuck off.

12 oz. bottle at Wahoo’s. Clear, yellow, fizzy. Drank from the bottle with a lime on 8/5/06. No real aroma, a hint of lime. Probably the least flavor of the mexican lagers. Not much there other than the lime. Very light and fizzy palate. Overall - the least flavorful of any mexican lager I’ve had. Definitely wouldn’t buy it. It’s like the Bud Light of mexican beers.

looks like miller lite. smells remotely hoppy, but more adjuncty- like corn. tastes like a more metallic bud light. that is, little taste for even a pale lager, but with metal added. better than busch and old style lights though. palate is awful, but it’s not super carbonated which i like right now.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2006 12 oz bottle: Not enjoyable, but I have to say that it is better tham American macros. Its smoother and doesn’t have a disgusting aftertaste.

I’d imagine this would be acceptable on a hot day and there was nothing else available. Pretty much like Corona. Dull, lifeless, watery mess.

Moderate malty and frythy aroma. Small frothy white head. Virtually non lasing. Fully diminishing longevity. Clear yellow body. Moderate bitter initial flavor. Medium watery palate.
