Your typical mexican pale lager. Pale yellow pour, small fizzy white head. Tastes like horse piss and cheap malt. Watery and easy to drink.

The beer offers little in the way of aroma. But has a nice appearance and refreshing taste. Like the "other" popular mexican beers it is watery tasting which not much flavour. But take the good with the bad.

Sol is a Corona wannabee and failed trying. This is beer to drink when you are too drunk to realize what you’re drinking. It can just as well be ice tea with a bit of alcohol. Yuk

330ml bottle. Pours gold with a large head. Aroma is light corn, some grass somewhere. Very light in flavour, touch of corn and grass. Full in the mouth but little carbonation. Refreshing.

Pours pale golden with a low head. No aroma, no flavor. Quite nice if you’re very thirsty, but doesn’t really offer anything for a connoisseur.

Doughy and fat. Corn and yellow malt. Smells like popcorn and light cereal. It’s fine. Not offensive but there’s no reason to pay money for this. Luckily I didn’t.

Reviewed from notes. Poured into a pint glass. The pour brings a yellow colored body with a very thin white head of large bubbles that disappears nearly as quickly as it forms, kind of like a soda. Nose is light grain and some adjuncts. The taste is just gross. It’s kind of like Corona, but perhaps worse. Light grain with some bitter husks. Very light body. Lots and lots of carbonation. Again, not good. If that’s all some place has, I’ll have a water. Same taste, less filling, to paraphrase what some might say. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 11-14-2010

Bottle at Hogan’s in Gainesville, FL. This reminds me of a watered down Corona light. Skip this one if you get the chance.
