The aroma is pretty good, prevailing malt notes like bread, or dough. There are also some sweet perception like honey or caramel. The behavior in glass is stable, because you can see a golden beer with a persistent foam head. Despite of that when is tasted you can be quite disappointed, the sensation is watery, soft in palate and there is no feeling at the end.

33 cl bottle@home. Poured fridge cold into large pitcher. Nice color and white head. Whatever aroma there is is pleasant with a hint of maize, which is also the only hint of any taste whatever in this watery drink. Unfortunately no lime in the fridge to change this taste...or rather lack of it. Surely this drink must be made for people who don’t like beer.I will remember to avoid it in the future and regard water as a much better thirst quencher on a hot day...

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Had a skunky smell to it, it wasn’t overwhelming but it was there. Appearance- A pale straw yellow, with a small white head. Taste- A skunky flavor with some citrus and maybe grain or corn. PALATE- A light bodied beer with medium carbonation. OVERALL- Maybe this might pair well with Mexican food but I probably won’t try it again. There are to many other Mexican beers that go well with food.

Dummi (17) - - FEB 23, 2015

Bottle at Shakespeare Hotel, Bedford. Light, watery looking yellow. Smell of cereal, urine, citrus. Bitter/saccharin taste with a watery body. Poor even by macro lager standards.

Copenhagen 30/1 2015. 33 cl bottle from Fakta. Usual transparent glass bottle with white print. Very Mexican. Pours clear yellow with white head. Gradually subsiding. Aroma is malty with a little citrus and sourness. Medium carbonation. Taste is sweetish malty unpleasantness. Sour aftertaste. As interesting as an Corona.

This poured a pale golden color with a white head. Aroma was of grassy and skunky hops. Flavor similar, mild grainy character. Not horrible.
