Beer snobs, dont be biased! This is a light tasting, very refreshing Mexican beer. Take it for what it is! Add some lime and serve it ice cold; delicious!

When its hot out and i feel like reaching for a lager (which isn’t often) I do truly enjoy this. It’s crisp and fresh, especially with a lime in it. I prefer it to other mexican lagers.

This is really refreshing on a hot day. I could probably drink about 12.

I was very impressed with this beer. Like Corona though, it's not complete without a lime. Get one whole lime for a six pack. I like this better than Corona, and made a great impression on me. The packaging is quite appealing too.

Corona's poor cousin. It tries hard to be as light and tasty as corona but doesn't quite make it. A light flavour and good colour make for easy drinking on a hot day but nothing too special.

Not too bad but bland. Unoffensive to me with a lime. I don’t know I still think Mexican beers are better then their rep.

Pours a very clear, very pale yellow with a head that disappears to nothing in seconds. LOTS of bubbles coming from the bottom. Aroma is corn with just a hint of fruit/hop scent, though it doesn’t smell as bad as it sounds. I have to agree it does look & smell generic. Not a lot of flavor, but what there is is mostly corn and nicely hopped when going down. Almost no bitterness in the aftertaste, except for a slight Frito taste. Very thin with no mouthfeel, but is very thirst quenching and more palatable than water or Corona. Goes down smooth. I imagine that is the idea in Mexico: session beer for the 90 degree weather. Not as much character as Dos Equis, and cheaper in feel to Modello, but much better than Corona.

A good tasting Mexican pale lager far superior to Corona. Great with Mexican food or a hot day.

Another great beer for micheladas. pretty much that’s it, it doesn’t taste good at all without the lime.

bread, hay, grass, hint of hops, clear golden, sparkling (a lot of bubbles), thin white head, overall mild taste with medium sweetness and lightly bitter, light body, thin feel, a bit more bitter in the finish. Friendly, mild lager, good when it’s hot.
