tomer (167), Israel Mar 14, 2008 0.33L bottle which i was offered and unfortunately i did not refuse, so lets rate...
Deep yellow colour, quickly dissapearing head, lively sparkle, overwhelming skunky aroma, no traces of malt in the aroma or taste, probably because there isn’t much of it in the bee, text book fast dissapearing bitterness of mass produced lager.
Too much said already.
Tmoney99 (3523), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Aug 26, 2008 Bottle from Beertopia, Omaha, NE. Poured clear pale color with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Light to medium grassy aroma. Light body with a watery texture with soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light sweet grainy finish of short duration. Was worth having once. WickerBrew (258), Chicago, Illinois, USA Aug 20, 2008 Can’t think of one positive thing about this, except that the 40 was reletivly cheap. Contrary to the commercial description, the aroma is no exciting. Cool that its different, thats where it ends. Borresteijn (510), Amstelveen, Netherlands Aug 20, 2008 Same trendy put-a-lime-in-your-bottle-so-it-doesn’t-stink beer as Corona. Taste is almost identical, but a bit sweeter and less carbonated. scooter_bub (168), Lander, Wyoming, USA Aug 18, 2008 Updated: Aug 19, 2008Bottle. Pours a golden color with a thin white head. Taste is of malt, salt, corn, is slightly sweet and is a little bitter in the finish. Kind of watery, but still tasty. Aroma matches the taste. Pretty easy to drink and is refreshing. Would be nice to have on a hot day. My biggest complaint with this beer is that it is overpriced for what it is. On a side note, I like the bottle label and that it is painted on. spikester (407), Salem, Oregon, USA Aug 15, 2008 Pale yellow with a modest white head. Mildly sweet, corny with some bitter finish. Not a lot going on here but none of the bad flavors of Corona. Comparable to Miller Lite but with a bit more flavor. For hot day swilling or for people who don’t like beer with real flavor.
