COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Collaboration with Stone Brewing Co. Nutty, caramel and dark fruit malt flavors are balanced by a light, floral hop character and crushed rosehips in this red farmhouse ale. Earthy, fruity yeast esters with a mildly sweet finish.

On tap at GTMW - Pours reddish-amber with a ring of tan head. Nose is citrus, a little funk, and lots of maltiness. Taste is lightly fruity malt, a little grassy bitter hops, and a bit of grapefruit. Smooth, with a medium-thin body.

Sample at Great Taste of the Midwest on 08/09/2014: Clear reddish-amber color with a medium creamy light beige head that diminishes steadily to a dense film. Aroma of yeast, hops and fruit. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, yeast and spiced fruit. The finish is fruity with a floral yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

Strange beer. It tastes like Belgian light. The smell is a bit off to me. Chemical perhaps. Flavor is mild with clove and brown sugar. Not overly hoppy or malty really but balanced. Drinkable but the smell is rough.

Lubiere (10294) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 4, 2014
A reddish brown ale with mocha head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with dark fruits, coriander, light smokeyness, interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, light Brett notes, coriander, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Emporium.
