COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copious amounts of piney, citrusy American hops make a light malt sweetness their bitch in this full-flavored Belgian IPA. Aggressive bitterness, massive hop flavor and super fruity Belgian yeast.

Awesome beer here. Anything from solemn oath never disappoints. A nice hoppy finish is fantastic ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is very much a Belgian IPA, and their description belies the truth of the matter, a piney citrusy beer. Eh. Itís aíwight, you know what Iím saying. Itíll do in a pinch. Had it at Owen & Engine.

On tap at Apex. Pours cloudy golden with a foamy white head and a fruity citrus aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with a little banana ester and a bitter hoppy finish.

Tap at Apex for Gigantic and Friends A: Clear orange color, white head, and good lacing. N: Esters, biscuit, pine, peppercorn, stale bark, not overly complex. T: Deeply bitter, bready sweetness. M: Medium body, alcohol content is hidden, tickling carbonation. O: Decent IPA which doesnít really showcase the Belgian yeast, in my opinion.

Tap at Solemn Oath. Unfilered orange-copper body. Thin white head. Sweet yeasty notes in the aroma. Pretty much one of the better Belgian IPAs Iíve had recently/ Full bodied but drinkable. Serious hop depth, from dry to fruity. Pretty straightforward despite the above average hop additions. Soapy, biting yeast.

On tap, poured into a goblet. The initial aroma is grassy and citrus, which fades, and a bread crust aroma comes through. It pours a clear, pale golden with whipped, white head that retains a medium / medium-thick ring and a fluffy, fuzzy surface. It also leaves an abundant, dense, sheet lace. The taste is a medium sweet and bitter. The beer is creamy and thick with a fluffy and creamy carbonation (with some fizz to it). The full body is bready with marmalde and a spice, herb zing at finish. Itís a bit dry with bread crust, bitter grapefruit, and pine making appearances as it warms. Resin and wax tastes linger in the aftertaste.

On tap at burger bar -- aroma distinctly Belgian, beautiful golden yellow worth sticky white head. Flavor of hay, Belgian yeast and sticky hops. This beer is flavorful, but easily consumed. Drinker beware.

On tap at Solemn Oath. Pour is copper/orange with a very small white head. Aroma and flavor of pine resin, pineapple, pale malt, candi sugar, and orange peel. Finish is similar with a bit of belgian spice.

On draught. Pours a medium golden, smallish but persistent white head that left decent lacing in my glass. Nose is earthy and pungent citrus, tropical fruit, biscuity malt backbone, dried apricots, pine. Mouth is medium bodied, sticky and somewhat sweet up front, bitterness kicks in around mid-range and finishes on a strong note (the ABV kindíve rears its head). Not really sure how this is a íBelgianí IPA as Iím not getting any kind of funkiness found in that sort of style, but this is still a decent IPA take at face value.
