3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
This is a nice little Belgian pale. On draft, it was perfectly clear pils yellow with a creamy had. It’s nose is a good mix of fruit and spice from the yeast and the hops. It is light bodied, crisp, tasty and very drinkable. If you like hoppy Belgians, this will be right up your alley.

Enjoyed on tap at Emporium Arcade Bar in Chicago, IL while watching Bears vs Jets. Appearance is cloudy light gold with thin white head. aroma is moderately tropical, nice hop notes. Taste goes down well, definite harshness from the hops and wild yeast, overall good.

Refreshing... Sure...but not in the category of "I'll seek this out again"... Ok on tap...past reviews were pretty right on. Mildly hit on some of my saison ish desires but kind of is just ok.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft served at The Handlebar. Light, yellowish appearance with not much of an aroma. Has a fairly pepper heavy profile, with maybe not enough of a body to support the mix of flavors. Would like to see how a bottle conditioned or cask version might come out. Decent, but not their best.
