Draft at Mikkeller Bar. Hazy orange golden with a small white head. Served a wee bit too cold, very subdued aroma of pine, sweet malts - and dishwater. Later: Tangerines, lemon. Sweet sticky mouthfeel, lingering citrusy, herbal, piney hoppy finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Decent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Durty Nellies, served in a shaker. Bright quomquat orange color with a sticky white foam head. I can smell the hops at arms length. Up,close the fragrance is citrus fruit. Taste is bitter citrus, think lemon and orange pith but with a touch of wet hair and a moderately resinous finish. My first impression is that this is a little thin in the mouth...but then I snapped out of it. Iím too damn used to big malty IIPAs that I almost forgot what an IPA should taste like. Itís hop forward but not over the top and is growing on me with every sip. Enjoyable.

Pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. The aroma is fruity citrus. Orange, peach, pineapple, grapefruit, with these elements being well balanced. The taste is still heavy in citrus with lots of grapefruit noticed. In addition, there is some light pine, herbal hops, and resin. Upon drinking, this one is clean, crisp, and refreshing. Medium in body, with a slick and smooth texture. This is from a brewery that Iím unfamiliar with that I should get to know more. I really enjoyed this.

Poured in Pint glass. Pours light amber. Citrus pine, floral, and sweet nose. Starts bitter then mellows out nicely with sweet malt. A great standard IPA.

Pont at hopleaf. The IPA poured a hazy golden color with small white head and modest lacing. The aroma was a piney hop mixture. The flavor is nicely bitter with a good citric pine note. The carbonation was average for this medium body ale. The aftertaste was nicely bitter with some pine nuts..
