COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’d like to introduce Snaggletooth Bandana, our newest addition. A massive grapefruit, pineapple, and super-ripe mango aromatic burst out of this medium-bodied IPA. Assertive bitterness is balanced by a subtle malt sweetness and more citrusy fun. You’ll tell your grandkids about the first time you drank the Snaggletooth Bandana. And they will tell that story long after you. 6.5%ABV.

Enjoyed on tap at the Solemn Oath beer dinner at Wild Monk. Served in a snifter. A: Pours a slightly hazy apricot color with a fluffy white head forming on the pour. It receded to a thin ring that left some splotchy lace down the glass. S: Citrus fruit and big tropical fruit influences going on. Pineapple and mango mostly with a nice citrus zest as well. Very light sweetness from the malts hits you on the end, but it’s a hop bomb. T: The taste is more of the same. Pineapple and mango with a small smidge of grapefruit. Slightly sweet cracker malts with a pithy bitterness on the finish. M: Medium bodied with a nice medium carbonation level. Smooth with a clean finish. O: The galaxy hops were a nice addition and added a wonderful tropical fruit aroma to the beer. I will definitely be having this again whenever I’m able to find it. Draught at the brewety. Medium dark slightly hazy orange with a creamy off-white head that thickly laces the glass. Very sweet honeydew like aroma and full sweet fruity citrusy body with a full bitter finish.

4 oz. draft at Solemn Oath. Big pomegranate and apricot nose. Hazy gold color, and the thickest head of the four samples poured for me. Taste is similarly solid with tropical fruit, pine & bitterness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange colored body with a finger-width, creamy and frothy, off-white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is very fruity with lots of florals and tropical fruits, juicy citruses, a medium sweet caramel, and a slight breadiness. A nice pine to the hops as well. Flavor is fairly bitter with a good amount of citrus pines, tropical fruits, and a light breadiness to the medium sweet caramels. Finishes pretty dry and bitter with lots of fruits, but a nice smooth malt backing. Lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a very fresh and fruity IPA with a firm bitterness while staying balanced and easy drinking. Real nice.

4oz draft at brewery 8/10/12-Pours a slightly hazy amberish golden with a small covering white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, and more citrus. Taste of citrus, hops, and more citrus. This medium bodied brew is way citrusy but in a good way. Very tasty.

Draft at Maproom. Awesomesauce. I never have never said that before (not just about beer, but in general I’ve never said that). Well done my friends, so flavorful and yet not offensive, i.e. bitterness in check, no hop cheesiness. Incredibly approachable west coast IPA. Citrus is well balanced where no one flavor dominates, great pineapple orange combo. Dry, light, bit too much carb but this is out of the keg. Winning. [half way through my pint... man this beer is really, really good, exceptionally clean]

Tap @ The Beer Bistro on IPA Day and served in standard pint glass: Hazy golden hue with a lovely frothy head and very good lace. The aroma has notes of pine, grapefruit, mango, apricot, slight herbs and flowers, biscuity malt and some "damp clothes". The taste is very well balanced, smooth opening bitterness countered by light to moderate fruitiness and mild malt presence. Slight hop spice character to the finish. The mouth feel displays a moderate body and carbonation, slightly minerally and metallic finish. A solid brew but not anything special. Would drink again if given the opportunity.
