COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Full-bodied ale with malt richness that compliments its subtle sweetness. The mild spice character comes solely from the hops and our distinctive house yeast.

27 July 2013, tap at Solvang Brewing Co. Light amber, clear, steady bubbles. Nose is toasty malt, light coffee, and floral hops. Thin body and fizzy. Toasty malt, some coffee, slight copper finish. Ok. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear amber color with an off-white head. Opens with sweet malt such as toffee, toast, and bread. A light fruit ester note, some slight nuttiness, and floral hops. The flavor is sweet toffee, fruit esters, and toasted bread. Light floral hop flavors and very minimal, if any, bitterness.

This one smells pretty good, a bit of hops and lots of caramel. Nice. A bit on the sweet side and a tad chewy with the hops seeming to come and go at random intervals. Still, I liked it.
