Our "Pale Ale" is golden in clor and abundant in flavors. Unlike the IPA, this ale has a more moderate balance between the hop bitterness, the malty sweetness and the citrus and floral notes. Many find this a nice neutral ale, with moderate hop aroma and clean malt character to support the bitterness. This is a beer with excellent flavor and aroma, absolutely refreshing.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, peaches, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, peaches, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Orangish with white head. Malts and hops, citrus and pine. Pretty good for the style. Had this as part of a flight at Solvang Brewery.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear golden-orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of slight yeast, bread, touch of earth into a bit of husk, some grainy notes with a hint of slight citrus peel. Taste was a mix of citrus, bread, grass into a bit of husky, grainy notes, some slight yeast, finishing slightly bitter.

Could use a bit more hops in the aroma, but the flavor makes up for it, as this is one of those beers that seems to have a constant bitterness growth from start to finish, but is good.

Appearance: Pours a clear yellow gold with visible rising carbonation, and a think white film for head.

Aroma: Husky grain, german hops, bisccuity malt and light floral note.

Taste: Crisp Euro hop, pale malt, finishes crisp and bitter like a pilsner or american lager.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with low carbonation.

Overall: Nope.
