It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and the mild aroma has notes of malt, bread and light flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of bread, malt, light flower and straw, and the finish is slightly dry and bitter.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden, small head. Fruity and medium bodied. The grassy hops are there,but quite restrained. The mouthfeel is rounded and the finish salty. Feels almost more Bohemian than Franconian is some senses.

bottle from Landbierparadies24.de. Clear pale yellow colour, large white head. Hoppy nose. Malty base, resiny hops with a tiny touch of herbs.

Bottled (from landbierparadies.com). Golden colour, small white fluffy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some mild bready notes as well as sweet floral and mildly earthy notes. Flavour is floral and wooden hoppyness along with some bready and quite sweet maltyness. Balanced and refreshing pils.

Swing-top bottle (@ Landbierparadies, Nürnberg): Pale golden coloured, bigger, stable white head, lacing; sweet-malty nose, a tinge of honey, a good dash of floral hops; light bitter-sweet flavour, gentle mouthfeel; faint sweetish-malty finish with a light bitterness; a bit sticky, quite light bodied. Good overture, quite weak finale..................

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, old malt, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, grassy, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110626]
