COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

11/8/8/8/11/8

Bottle... Clear, dark, deep-copper lager with a small, wispy, off-white head. Nice retention. The nose is mainly comprised of sweet dark fruits - dates and raisins. Medium-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor is decently balanced and leans only lightly sweet, but is also fairly bland. There are some dark, dried fruits here as well. Finishes mundane and lifeless.

from Bierhütte.ch - clear dark ruby-brown colour with a chaotic little foam left; slightly toasted and toffeish malty nose, thin to medium-bodied; a late vaguely earthy and low bitterness; short and pretty watery toffeish aftertaste - shy

0,5 l bottle as a gift.
Poured clear deep brown with a medium creamy tan head. Light caramel and roasted-toasted grains in the nose, some herbs. Easy bodied beer, some caramel, light toffee, some fruits and chocolate. Easy drinkable one, nothing special.
