2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Koelschtrinker (8476) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUN 7, 2011

Bottled at home, probably got this from some shop in Switzerland. Dark golden coloured, big white head, lots of carbonation. Very hoppy nose, some biscuit. Some bitterness in flavour, but there is not a whole lot going on. Pretty plain, but decent.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Allen (2670) - SWITZERLAND - SEP 4, 2008
Bottled 58cl. Sampled at Brasserie Federal in Zürich. It pours a clear golden beer with an average head. Poor head retention. The nose is hoppy, biscuity with a hint of chestnut. Slightly sulphury. Decent bitterness in the taste. Some honey and chestnut showing up. Lightly roasty. Biscuity. Not much lacework. Hoppier than the average swiss lager. Dry citrusy finish.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 MoritzF (7756) - Bochum, GERMANY - AUG 31, 2008
(58cl bottle) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy but not very persistent foamy white head. Sweet grainy malt aroma with a tinge of acidity and a light touch of honey. Sweet, slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Soft grainy malty taste with light notes of honey; sweet, malt-accented and slim finish with a tinge of hoppy bitterness. Unspectacular Helles, but also clean and easy to drink (13.02.08).

Bottle (Diky, Quack-Ducku!): A bit unclear, visible carbonation, mid-sized white, almost creamy white head, sticking to the glass; sweetish-grainy, a bit strawy nose; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied; short light bitter-sweet finish. O.K., quite thin......

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 rmussman (1511) - California, USA - MAR 5, 2007
An alright beer. Has a nice golden pour with a limited amount of head. Mild hops with a dry finish. There is not much to say about this beer other than its average. Doubt you can find it in the US.
