Bottled. Clear golden in color. Minor white head. The aroma is maize, fresh. Summer like. The flavor is maize like, grasy and a bit on the watery side.

Bottle. Hazy golden, low foamy head. Sweet grainy nose. Adjunct ladden flavour, sweet and clingy, a bit of grassy herbal hops redeem it a bit on the finish. Sticky mouthfeel.

Embrouille (2827) - SWITZERLAND - SEP 2, 2009
Bottled 50cl. Pale golden. The nose is of wax, stale hops, corn and malt. Mediocre taste with some hops showing up. Not that bad... better than expected. Rather refreshing.

Well, the idea about Swiss corn beer is not very inviting, but let’s see. Golden color with small white head. Strong skunky papery aroma and evidently corn. Fizzy carbonation. Cheap grassy hops dominate the flavor with maize. Dry corn malty aftertaste with traces of alcohol. Not a real party killer.

Bottled (Thanks Bov!). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is skunked hops, maize and some malts. Flavour is salty hops and also some sweetness. Very cheaplike lager...

Bottled, thanks Bov! Clear golden, airy head. Light buttery popcorn aroma. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Mild and fruity. Some late bitterness. Not an attention grabber.
