Bottle during RBWG 2013. Pale golden pour with a small off-white head. Light wheat malts, a bit flat, and a hint of tangy lemon going on in there. Soft wheat malts, doughiness, and more sourness in the flavor. Not bad.

22oz bottle, courtesy of radarsock. Half hazy yellow color, with an enormous white head - fills most of the glass, then slowly drops, leaving little lace. Little yeast on the bottom of the glass. somewhat sharp carbonation, but a decent dry texture. Bread, kind of a metallic malt taste, light orange, with some floral notes - really not much flavor, though, and less taste - kind of tart. Not a very remarkable ale, but also not bad. Not interesting or drinkable enough to finish easily.

Bottle to weizen glass. Filtered golden pour with a 3 finger bleached white head. The head becomes rocky before fading to a bin film after just a couple of minutes. Aroma is heavy citrus, mostly lemon, with wheat malt taking a distant but present backseat. The taste was a surprise. Rather than a wheaty brew, it is instead very vinous and tart. The wheat flavor is only detectable on the palate after the sip has gone. This seems more like a wheat sour -- was it barrel aged? It's not bad but not great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
