3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled at Hellbillyís Hellraiser II. Flip top bottle courtesy of SuperDave. Pours a semi-hazy honey gold with minimal white head. Nose is vanilla, coffee and hazelnut. Palate is hazelnut upfront with cocoa butter and vanilla in the finish. Pretty sweet brew that would be good for a nightcap. Interesting beer Ė thanks for sharing Dave.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled at Hellbillys Hellraiser II.
Thanks Dave for bringing this one.
Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma of Malt, hops, vanilla and white chocolate. Flavor is much the same, the white chocolate and vanilla bean are very notable and this beer is unlike any other beer I have ever rated before. Not sure if itís my favorite style, but it is a really well done attempt at a white chocolate beer.

3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
10 karat gold with only a white ring for a head and little carbonation. Man, did that head hang on for dear life...never leaving the beer completely. The nose: undoubtedly the best feature of this one. Pure vanilla extract, buttermilk biscuit, and obvious white chocolate. A more lively beer might have awoke the taste buds. Unique and interesting.

4.2 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: MAY 17, 2008 This brew is a masterpiece. Pours with a pale almost creamy yellow color throwing off a shortlived spritzy froth. Minimal lacing with beachball sized spattering. Beautiful aromas of fresh cocoa and a bit of coffee essence. Smells like brownies. Light to medium nectar with lively carbonation that turns to CREAM on the palate. Nice! This brew is not sweet at all with huge flavors of brownies and coffee although on the lean side. The finish is bittered mildly and is dry with lingering chocolate biscuit essence. I would agree with the commercial description. Well done!

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Iím sorry, but I just had to try this. on tap at 1702. A pale straw color with no real head. Aroma is lacking, but that is because it is all in the flavor. I really donít get any malt, just white chocolate. that is fine. it is really good. I kind of like weird beers and this is weird. but good, nice thinking out of the box from an AZ brewer.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft @ the AZ Strong Beer Fest - Pours a hazy straw color with a thin creamy white head. Aroma is faint malt and very faint chocolate. Flavor is about the same. Light to medium body. I was hoping for a little more in all the areas. Glad I got to try it.

UPDATED: MAY 26, 2008 Sampled at the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild 2008 Strong Beer Fest, on February 17, at the Mesa Amphitheatre. Pours a very light pale gold, with a giant creamy long lasting white head. Light aromas of chocolate and vanilla. Flavor is similar. Very nice and refreshing.
