Thanks ratebeef! Pours a clear golden yellow from the bottle with thin white head and light lacing. Aroma of sweet chocolate and thats about it. Taste is same, heavy on the processed chocolate. Not exactly what I’m looking for in a beer.

Thanks ratebeef! Clear golden pour with a small bubbly white head that fades fast. Nose is vanilla beans, chocolate chips and cake batter. Fuck yeah it's my birthday. Flavor is very similar but not as bright as the aroma and sort of a thin palate. Can definitely pick out the pale malts in this beer. Pretty interesting though and glad to have tried it.

Thanks ratebeef. Pale clear no head wtf the smells like chocolate but its not dark. Cake batter. Chocolate up front followed a grain with a lingering chocolate. Bonus points for being unique and surprising but I wouldn’t drink this everyday.

4oz taster 12/29/12 (Copper Blues-PHX)-Pours a slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, and sweetness. Taste of chocolate, vanilla, and chocolate. This light bodied brew is well balanced and quite tasty. Nice brew.

Surprisingly pretty good. Very well pronounced white chocolate taste, which somehow actually works with the beer. More of a novelty than anything else, but I would rate it higher than Rogue’s "donut beers." Again, though, I think Sonoran missed its opportunity by not making this a stout.

Drank from 22 oz bottle poured into snifter glass. Aroma- brilliant notes of chocolate and hints of booze. Smells like you are siffing a hersheys bar dipped in rum. Appearance- nothing special. Light golden color. Almost comes out flat. Taste- tasts like white chocolate beer. Amazing they can capture this taste without being too sweet or syrupy. Palate- dissapointing mouthfeel. Just get the booze with no chocolate. Overall- very impressed and good fun beer.

Mmmmmmmmm aroma is pure dessert. White chocolate, dough and marshmallows. Served in a snifter from a bottle. Pours with almost no head and a very clear pale champagne color. It is astonishing to me that they are able to make this so desert-like but still easy to drink. Intense sweet white chocolate and vanilla flavor with a hint of lemon and clove, finishes surprisingly clean. I love the hit of sweetness and clean finish - no syrup here. Very light and delicious!

A bottle said White Chocolate Ale. A clear yellow/golden colored beer, with a thick white head. The aroma of sweet chocolate with malt notes and a little bonbon. The taste of a little sweet chocolate, fruits like citrus almost no hops. The aftertaste is flat and very sweet

Pours an orange golden into pint serving. Tastes and smells like those odd white chocolate chips from Nestle with just enough vegetation, caramel and wheat off to the side to balance it somehow.

Phoenix: Pours very light with virtually no head. The aroma is all white chocolate. The first sip is just like drinking sparkline white chocolate then you realize it is a beer as the light wheat and hops come on. Really smooth and light. Not an everyday drinker but a cool experience.
