3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle:   Pale straw, lively carbonation, large sudsy white head, spotty lacing.   Mealy nose, faint hazelnut.   Very airy on the tongue.   Minor mocha latte with hazelnuts.   BURP!   Seems overcarbonated.   White Chocolate?   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   All the sweetness seems artificial.   Seems like a watered down froo froo coffee, with hazelnuts.   Tastes better than it smells.   Also seems like it could be really poor white chocolate that has been uncovered in the cupboard for a few years.   Sort of a stale white chocolate background. Meh...

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from hellbilly. Thanks man! The aroma is an interesting mix of soft white chocolate, almonds, and dusty yeast. Hazy light orange yellow pour with a big fizzy head that settles to a ring. Flavors of white chocolate, vanilla, and dusty yeast. Super interesting. Very lively carbonation on top of a thin body give it a little soda effect, but not in a bad extract syrup fruit or flavored beer kind of way.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle shared by Jim, thanks! Poured a hazy pale gold with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma had a slight light fruit and citrus note with a sweet chocolate and grain note backing. Flavor had a slight sweet grain note with growing light chocolate and a hint of light fruit coming out in the finish.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
(22oz bottle thanks to jkwalking05) clear pale yellow with nice thick ring of bubbles. Nose of white chocolate and butterscotch. Taste of white chocolate, kaopectate (a chalky, gritty diarrhea medicine for those who donít remember), milk of magnesia, medicinal with lightly carbonated body. What a weird beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Beer poured a semi-dark yellow color, but much lighter than I was expecting. I donít know why, but when I read chocolate on the label I was thinking this would be a porter or stout.
The smell is like hot chocolate. The label says white chocolate and it definitely smells like milk chocolate.
The beer also tastes like cooled down hot chocolate. While that sounds bad, the beer is actually very tasty.
I have read that this beer is hit or miss on quality control, but mine was definitely a hit. I would recommend it to anyone.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
1 L bottle, via FlacoAlto. Poured a slightly hazy gold body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is really quite uncanny in it’s similarity to a real bar of white chocolate. There’s a bit of yeastiness and a pale maltiness. The flavor up front is more like a Golden Ale than anything, slight maltiness and a light hoppiness. The late finish really brings out the chocolate flavor though. The quality of the chocolate was similar to those Dove candy bars, where there’s that little bit of extra milky creaminess. Light bodied with light fizzy carbonation. Overall, a pretty interesting experiment if nothing else!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle shared by emacgee - thanks, Ethan! Surprisingly light pour for a beer with these kinds of flavors going on. Itís no lie: thereís a bunch of white chocolate in the nose, along with some nice cherry almond, like a good Italian cookie or something. The body is very thin, alas, but hard to resist the flavors, making it sad that they wash out a bit in the finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22oz bottle. Pale golden tan color. Bubbly, effervescent head which fades into a creamy, oily, thin layer. Really unique, and quite refreshing, I can dig it. While most dessert beers tend to be sugary and cloying, this remains quite smooth and drinkable. Solid white chocolate tones, no mistaking it. A mild, almost lemony herbal twang evens it out, suppose the wheat and hops. Quite a cool concoction, one that captures big time flavor with sessionability. A little thin-bodied at times, but I think thatís also what makes it work.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Thanks hellbilly for the extra. Pours a light mildly hazy yellow with a two finger frothy white head. The nose is very interesting and touts what it claims, white chocolate, sweet, cherry almond, earthy. The flavor was sweet and showed lots of white chocolate, mild crisp bite. The palate is crisp and sweet. Very interesting brew.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled on tap at 1702, Tucson AZ
Arrives from the tap with a lightly hazy, light gold color and is topped by a thin pale head. The nose mostly has beer-like notes to it with a light, sweet, white-chocolate note to it that provides more a perceived sweetness in the aroma than anything.
The taste is much like a clean, simple blond beer with white chocolate added. Very light hop character and a light malt character make this simplistic and quaffable. It has quite a light mouthfeel, though I wouldnít say it was watery. The white-chocolate adds a sort of perfume-like note as well as a touch of vanilla notes. Not bad, but not really my cup of tea, this might have been really interesting if the base beer was more interesting (I am imagining a thick, white chocolate infused stout).
