Sep 13, 2002 Updated: Mar 9, 2003CASK Deep amber color, the head is creamy white, the lace in thick sheets. Nose is malt, lightly floral, hints of caramel, interesting. Front is sweet, top light, the finish is dry, lightly acidic, nicely hopped and a quite good beer. I hope they have many more aniiversaries to celebrate and that this beer is on thier list. ranks #705 on my current 1000 beer master list.
