Commercial Description:
Our IPA has lots of malt and hop character. This style originated in the 1700’s as a strong, flavorful ale, which was able to survive the ocean voyage from England to India during the British occupation.

Orange amber with small head. Aroma of fruit and hops and a nice light hops flavor made for a easy drinking very good beer

Grapefruit candy enlivens the relaxing caramel sweetness underneath and thus creates extremely drinkable balance…Resinous hop bitterness appears in the finale with plentiful oranges…Flavorful while being quaffable, a very competent example of the West Coast IPA style with no belligerence, only a smooth but proud personality…

Pours an amber color with a rocky white head. Aroma is that of fresh cascade hops and lots of interesting tropical fruits. Flavor is very hoppy to start then becomes more sweet with dried fruit flavors that is mainly that of prunes and apricots. Body is excellently syrupy but with a dry finish that is quite cleansing. An intersting beer.

Bottle. Pours medium amber, with a small white head that diminished to a ring of bubbles and left nice lacing. Bold, hoppy aroma with lots of sweet toasted malts, citrus and pine. Flavor with lots of the same and a nice lingering hoppy finish. Nice mouthfeel, medium body with moderate carbonation. Nice ale - another good, bold brew from Sonora.

big juicy and chewy aroma spitting forth obnoxious fumes of apricot, mango, pineapple, wet irish setters, and a slightly mildewy book..the covering atop refused to disappear and just sat there thick and frothy with a microscopic orgy of tiny tiny bubbles..sitting was a hazy mass of orangish-amber beer...dirty/organic hop front..with riding bitterness..overripe fruits, dried apricots, and grass flavors follow..some rounded malts sweeten things up at the end..balancing it all out and leaving you refreshed..

Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a huge off white head. Nose is light and fruity. Flavor starts off apricot sweet then some citrus and a hint of pine and finishes kinda dry. It's a quaffer.

Very good IPA. Has a very good balance. Maybe just a little too sweet. Would be nice if it was just a bit higher in alcahol.
