COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA has lots of malt and hop character. This style originated in the 1700’s as a strong, flavorful ale, which was able to survive the ocean voyage from England to India during the British occupation.

Medium brown color. Small head. A hoppy, malty IPA. Good flavor, not a lot if bitterness in the aftertaste. Hearty but mellow.

Re-Rate 10/03/02: A slightly cloudy amber color, the head is ’mountainous’, frothy, beige, long lasting as is the lace. Nose is floral, malt, sweet, and a nice ’Sniffing Beer’. Front is malt, sweet, the top light, the finish is appropriately hopped, acceptably dry, and satisfactorily carbonated. A good drinking beer, not great, but darn good actually. Ranks #587 on my current 1000 beer master list.

Had this from the cask at Papago Brewing. One of the best IPAs I’ve had. Citrussy, flowery aroma of american hops. Excellent balance of malt sweetness with hop bitterness and flavor. One of my favorite beers.

Wow! Acidy, sweet, hoppy, prickly-in-the-back of the throat. Like the APA of theirs I just had but amped up a notch. Interesting, again. Thanks to BigAl96.

Pale copper color; Thick head with a ’pancake’ surface; Aroma was mild and bready. Dry, tart across the tongue. Very nice floral character. One of the subtlest and nicest IPA’s that I have ever had. Wonderful balance. Well Done!!

The hops came right at me but finished with a nice maltiness. Good balance. One of my favorite IPAs so far.

Really good. I got a lot of hop flavor and hop aroma. Malty flavor, too.
