Bottle. Pours dark brown with a khaki head. Aroma is milk chocolate, rhubard , and some vegetal notes. Taste is semi-sweet with more vegetal-like bitterness and a dash of bright pit fruit. Thinner bodied with a dry finish. Different and pretty decent.

22oz bottle from dcschiller. Thanks dave! Pours a dark brown, almost black with about a finger and a half of thick milk chocolate head. Aroma of coffee and chocolate with a little michigan cherry. Taste is light tart. Michigan cherries and crabapples with a good dose of coffee and dark chocolate. Medium-light bodied with a somewhat thin texture. Fizzy carbonation and a very long finish. Overall, very good. Cant say ive really had anything like this.

Bottle; poured a dark cola brown with a light brown head. Aroma of fruit/rhubarb, caramel, cocoa, cola, and sweethearts. A bit weird with the rhubarb. Not sure it meshes with the roasted/bitter flavor.

Poured at the beer for brains event. Dark brown. Flavor is toasty and tart. I’m not a fan of the tart fruit flavor mixed with green coffee bean notes and roasted malt.

22oz bomber pours nice and dark with a sixty second long mocha colored head of foam. The aroma offers up some roasted malts mixing with a red apple to cherry like notes and then a sliver of molasses. The taste has some dark roasted malts and dark fruit skin like tartness. It then gets a touch coffee like midway and into the finish. This has a decent Porter Ale like taste to it with a slightly fruity tart fruit skin tartness too. Interesting.
