Draught at the brewpub. Lactic murky pale yellow appearance. Yeast accented with earthy hops, lemon peel, naphtalin reminiscence and bready pale malts throughout. Pleasant.

Hazy golden body with a small white head. Grassy aroma, so the taste. Some freshmade bread taste. Bitter finish.

Draught: Pale golden, cloudy, medium-sized persistent creamy off-white head, slightly sourish and yeasty notes in the mild grainy-hoppy nose; soft MF, mild bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied; smooth citrussy traces in the slightly lingering malty-hoppy finish. Quite good by german Hausbrauerei standards…

this beer wen it came on the table i thought if not for the glass it would be a weisbier but once i started to take a gulp it tasted like a very strong helles

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight hayish. Mild citrusy fruity and sweet. Bitter and mild citrusy flavoured. Subdued sweetness. Light bitter and citrusy hops finish.

Wenig CO2. Es ist ein mildes Bier, das mir hier serviert wird. Im Antrunk ist es leicht hopfig, später wird es minimal würzig und getreidig, im Nachgeschmack herber und getreidiger. Dennoch überaus mild-->ZU mild.

The Stuttgat Beer Raid again. A nice sweet Helles with some interesting flavors running along the experiance. A fine beer.

Part of the Great Stuttgarter Beer Raid 2011. On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a full white head. Aroma is hops, malt and hay. Taste is sweet mellow malt. Palate is mellow but slightly bitter A nice helles.
