Draught at BBF13 as ’Helles naturtrübes Vollbier’. Fruity aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is fruity and flowery from the hops. Medium bitterness. The finish is mildly and nicely bready. Not bad, though.

Hazy yellow color, whip cream white head, lace. Mainly malty bready nose. Malty, "unfiltered taste", some grassy hops. In the aftertaste bitterness, fruit esters and sugary notes. Refreshing solid "naturtrüb" brewpub product.

Wenig CO2. Es ist ein mildes Bier, das mir hier serviert wird. Im Antrunk ist es leicht hopfig, später wird es minimal würzig und getreidig, im Nachgeschmack herber und getreidiger. Dennoch überaus mild-->ZU mild. Test vom 25.6.2007, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 12,8,8,7,-,8 - 8,26

Draught: Pale golden, cloudy, medium-sized persistent creamy off-white head, slightly sourish and yeasty notes in the mild grainy-hoppy nose; soft MF, mild bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied; smooth citrussy traces in the slightly lingering malty-hoppy finish. Quite good by german Hausbrauerei standards…

200ml draught at the brewpub. 5% ABV, according to the their website. Cloudy golden body content with a few floaters on the surface. Aromatic helles with sappy fruits in the direction of mandarin. More sweet succulent oranges in the flavour supported by a slight touch of bready malts. Soft hoppy ending. Medium bodied and quite a pleasant quencher (Stuttgart, 25.02.2009).
