COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bière blonde BIO de haute fermentation à 6% vol. faite à base de malts d’orge ’Pilsen’, d’épeautre crue de houblons. L’épeautre est cultivé en Saône et Loire à côté d’Autun. issu de l’agriculture biologique. Brassage durant huit heures, fermentation prinicipale à 22°C sur huit jours et mise en garde à 4°C pendant dix jours. Conditionnée en bouteille avec la technique de refermentation ’trappiste’ en chambre chaude pendant dix jours. C’est une bière avec son caractère venant de l’épeautre. A découvrir. L’abus d’alcool est dangereux pour la santé, à consommer avec modération.
