Feb 16, 2005 A hazy yellow beer. The aroma is very yeasty and very wheaty. The flavor is quite sweet and very yeast as well as wheaty, but also contains notes of lemon. The end is very dry.

Feb 16, 2005 Updated: Apr 27, 2005Bottled. Cloudy pale yellow. Boldly malty for a witbier with big wheat character and big, juicy tangerine flavour. Somewhat papery, low bitterness. Individualistic and flavourful witbier, but a bit too sweet to be refreshing.
