Bottle. [After party @ Papsoe, thanks buddy] Large foamy off-white head that mostly diminishing. Fair display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of mushrooms, fruit, caramel. Over the palate mild metallic and fruity notes. Light bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Light sweet and mild spicy finish.

Aug 1, 2009 Bottle from Cave à Bulles. Pours cloudy gold with a medium frothy head. Nice malty sweet arouma. Tastes earthy, woody with pleasent bittter notes. Light body and easy to drink.

Muddy golden color; poor head. It has a very light aroma, maybe with the shadow of the mushrooms; the flavor is rather breadish, dry, weak and close to unbearable. Bad.
