CapFlu (3273), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Dec 4, 2005 (750ml bottle) Purchased at Marche des Saveurs in Montreal, Quebec, for $10.87. Pours a slightly clouded, yellowed husk colour with a tart apple nose. It says that its made with 4 kinds of apples but it lacks any complexity. Acidic and tart flavours are all I can detect. Not my dinner wine replacement for certain... MartinT (4316), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Jul 3, 2005 Nurturing, sweet apples dissolving onto a bed of overbearing yeast...A little dust is apparent in the corners, not helped by the thinning body...All is very kind and sympathetic at the Domaine de la Source à Marguerite, but there isn’t any depth for me to cling on... tiggmtl (4180), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Feb 20, 2005 Pleasant harvest apple aroma with just a touch of sourness. Clear and still white wine-like appearance. Coats the glass nicely. Nice balance between sweet and tart apples with tart taking over the finish. Just a hint of alcohol at the very end of the flavour but gently warming in the throat. Light body is very drinkable. Bottle (2002 vintage - Marché des Saveurs - Oct. 2004).
