Aroma: Smelling of spices, herbs, nettles and grass.
Appearance: A hazy amber colored beer. A off-white head with some lacing and some curtains.
Taste: Tasting bread, spices, herbs, nettles and grass.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a coarse texture. A medium body with a somewhat dry finish.
Overall: Too much spices, unbalanced and bitter.

Unclear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, citrus, ginger, leather - grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, leather, ginger, christmas spices. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140217]

Fruktig doft med en fin grumlig färg. Tycker att beskarn är alldeles för stickig och det pös inte när jag öppnade kapsylen så ölet är näst intill avslaget vilket gör att det smakar besk fruktsaft.
