Good scent. The taste is heavy and hard but also really good. The aftertaste is endless and really good. This is awesome. A real tough guy, I can tell. But saying that you should try this beer.

Roasted aroma of dark chocolate with notes of oatmeal.
Sweet and roasted flavour of oatmeal and dark chocolate with notes of licorice.

Very dark brown, lively carbonation. Cocoa, tar, molasses. Fairly light, elegant. Dry finish. The light body mwans there is some warming alcohol, but it is by no means intrusive.

Black color with generous brownish creamy head. Very nice aroma of roasted malts and quality coffee; and hops; the alcohol doesn’t disturb either. Smooth mouthfeel, with a good structure; the evident roasted malt structure is blending with good chocolate; the general feeling is quite roasty and dry; good hopping, both for the strength and for the contribution of resins. The final is good, not just the roasted malt in it, but also the claw of the hops.
Very good and smooth modern example.

Bottle. Pours a Black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and coffee aroma with weak hints of vanilla. Roasted malty chocolate, licorice and coffee flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate coffee and licorice finish with some bitterness.

Bottle. Black colour with a beige head. Aroma is coffee, malt, licorice, spices. Flavour is coffee, roasted malt, licorice, chocolate, spices. Full body. Nice beer.

Ar: seriously heavily roasted, ash, burnt espresso, like licking my espresso machine, cigarettes, smoke, tar, burnt Wood, some light notes of really dark chocolate, intriguing and very extreme.
Ap: black colour, small tan head.
F: coffee, but rather than espresso, Old and sharp regular coffee, pungent, ash, cigarettes, smoke, tar, very dry, alcohol, big bitterness, some light soy sauce, bunt the beer is not that salty, it is bold and extreme to say the least.
P: medium to full bodied, soft carbonation.
T: big, big beer!

Flaska från SB. Doft av choklad, alkohol, portvin och mörka bär och lite kaffe. Bra rejäl kropp, lite bärig humle, måttlig beska, lätt bränd eftersmak, alkoholvärme, ganska söt, bra balans. Inget sticker ut på ont och gott men väldigt välgjort och robust.

Aroma: roasted, oats, chocolate, what else am I thinking about? licorice, umami.
Taste: roasted, burnt, dark chocolate, licorice, ashes, honey, oatmeal cookies with raisins, sushi restaurant, creamy, citrus, quite bitter.
Medium to full bodied.
Unbalanced, but in a nice way as far as I’m concerned. Still would probably do well with some cellaring.

Smak och doft av kakao, choklad. Krämig, rund och len. Väldigt balanserad med trevlig arom och en eftersmak som dröjer sig kvar. Gott.
