COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style pale ale. Tons of Cascade hops give it assertive bitterness, with great aroma and fresh hop flavor.

Dark golden with no head. Hoppy aroma. Flavor is hoppy with a flowery flavor.

This beer poured a copper gold color and formed an off white bubbly head that left some trace lace as it subsided. It had an aroma of hops and more hops. The flavor was of hops with a touch of caramel to offset the bitterness in the finish. A very good beer and probably my friend's and I favorite when we were there.

From the tap came a golden brew with a thin white head . Aromas of cat piss and grape fruit peel.Medium bodied an taste like cat piss and grape fruit juice.

Can’t get much from this one on the nose. A hint of citrus there. Nice and fresh at least. Bitter flavor on the palate but not too much in the way of a finish. Light bodied. No head that I could see and no lacing of the glass. Don’t run to get this one.

Definitely hoppy, but not too hoppy. Easy to drink, but nothing to make it stand out.

Sampled at South Street. Pale amber with a bitter citrus aroma. Flavor was hoppy but a bit dry.

Murky, deeper golden. A shorter creamy head, but a great retention on it. A sweeter aroma than I may have expected. Suggests a decent balance of malts. Some citrus aromas. As the scent suggested, a little sweeter, with the hops coming through later in the body, just before the finish. Citrus peel, bitter herb hops. A decent ale, perhaps not incredible. A bit on the flatter side, but that could have just been how it was served that evening. Has a bit of a semi-dry finish. Not bad, not great. Easy enough to drink, and not a bad brew overall, but maybe not so intriguing that I’d make it a regular indulgence.

Had it with a dinner from the brew pub. It poured a nice light amber color but no head. It was a nice complement to the dinner.
