(22oz bomber #123/150 thanks to bu11zeye) clearish pale yellow with nice lasting bubbles. Nose of lemon zest, vanilla wafers, tartness, barrel, wood, florals, and grape skin. Taste is very tart, lemon, soda water, quite salty, capers, with a tart very dry finish that is refreshing.

2009 Bottle number 123/150 thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a huge white head over a hazy, milky golden colored body. Aroma of sour lemon, a bit of sweet vanilla, wheat, lacto and apple skins. Taste is sour lemon, very clean, lacto, maybe a touch of brett (very light if at all), a bit fruity. Lively bubbles, SUPER DRINKABLE!

A Mes rate. Bottle, massive thanks to Andy.
Hazy lemon yellow with a huge frothy white head that settles slowly and almost completely. Amazing aroma. Almost underbrewed but adorable. Plenty of brett, lemon and wheat a plenty, gloriously fresh and erm... yum. Can I drink this now? Oops, I almost nailed half of my glass. This is fantastic. As drinkable and refreshing as any Berliner Weisse I’ve ever had. Sublime lemon and wheat in the mouth. Just the right level of sourness with very little acidity. Long, lazy, loveable finish that dries out pretty much perfectly. The palate is really something else. About as clean as anything I’ve ever had. The juice / dryness balance is in perfect harmony. I could have this for breakfast every day. A very rare treat. Thanks Andy, thanks Southampton.

A-pale straw yellow in color, slight haze. thin pure white bubbly head that fizzles quickly. S-strong notes of a mellow semi sweet/tart lemon. light hints of clove behind with banana blending in. very sweet with little sourness. T-sweet lemon up front, strong tartness hits the palate and holds throughout. low sourness in the back with light notes of banana and a hint of spicy clove. M-smooth up front, solid full body feel throughout. lots of carbonation and prickly in the back. D-huge flavor and good full feel in body. it is so low in abv but so tasty, wow!

Bottle I brought to post NotB tasting. Light golden pour with light head. Simple flavor but well done, light funky, leather aroma. Could drink this forever, well if there was enough of it. Flavor is bretty and some lacto notes.
