Draught at Hop Devil, NYC
Blond color. Nice aroma of Saaz, with hay notes. Some malt and a lot of hop, crispy. Quite good.

On tap at Hop Devil. Aroma is vegetal, thick, beets and radish. Ugly yellow pour with no head. I noted german hops in the flavor, a touch of breadiness, grime, unripe fruit... at once too thick and too thin in the mouth. Came across more as a german pils to me.

Draft @ Southhampton. Deep yellow gold in color with a little white head. Hoppy malty aroma. Hoppy and malty flavor. Crisp and refreshing. Smooth tasting. Finish is malty. Full bodied. Easy drinking. Very nice beer.

Tap at the publick house. Damn. Phil knows how to make every style very well. This one poured a very nice crystal clear medium gold with a nice lasting white head and good lace. Aroma is very bready, with lots of malt- like liquid bread, and a lot of spicy continental hops. Flavor is loaded with saaz- spicy and floral, with a gread bready malt backbone. Full bodied for a pilsner and is very smooth and easy drinking. One of the best czech style pilsners in the world.

Draft at SHPH. Gold with a small head Wht they serve beer at the brewpub in cold pint glasses is beyond me, but that’s a whole different story. Taste is rich with quality grains and nicely hopped. Starts off smooth and perfectly carbonated and stays that way throughout.
