Draught at Capone’s: Aroma of faint floral hops, malt, grain, cereal, and a hint of minerals. Poured copper/amber in color with a large, creamy, dense, rocky, off-white/tan head that lasted throughout. Clear. Sparkling. Very good lacing. Flavor is light to medium bitter. Tastes of malt, hops, slight florals, grass, resin, slight grain, slight minerals, and wood. Medium body. Sticky, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Malt, hop, wood, grass, mineral finish is dry. A nice session bitter.

Clear orange with a great looking head. Aroma has light citrus and earthy hop notes, mild caramel malt, some toast. Flavor is much the same with noticeable, but thankfully restrained, bitterness. Easy going and quite refreshing. I wish this was easier to find.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On cask. Pours hazy gold, bit of an orange tint. Fluffy (for cask) white head.
Nose is lightly sweet pale malts, hops come through lightly with a bit of citrus. Hard to grab on to.
Malt comes through as lightly sweet and a bit doughy, with a nice, firm, spicy, citrusy hop note. Finish is lightly bitter, with a bit of an odd corny aftertaste. May have been bad tap lines. Strange.
Mouthfeel is medium-light bodied, very mild carbonation, even for cask.
