Poured from a 750ml bottle. A cloudy straw color. Lots of herbal and spicy notes. A soft tartness that helps showcase the floral and herbal character of this beer. I liked this beer very much.

750 ml bottle from michael-pollack- thanks again, Pollack! Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a huge rocky eggshell head that leaves heavy lace. Floral notes, sweet bready malts, lemon, grass, toast, and earth. Medium-bodied, with a mildly spicy, floral, clean mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Really nice saison, right up my alley.

Bottle with a big thanks to phaleslu. Notes of dry toasted grass, soft rain, forest. Nice. Earthy, herbal, soft, clean saison. Nice.

Bottle. I have looked forward to this for a while as it waited in the cellar. The pour is a slightly hazy orange with a pretty decent head. Aromas are a little off-putting, with a lot of floral and spicy tones and a heavy handed sweetness. Flavor is an odd mess that just isn’t for me. A hot mess of alcohol, cloyingly sweet honey and herbal and floral stuff all. I’m not sure if it is the sweetness, or the herbal and floral disaster or what, but I’m just not very pleased with this beer.

Pours cloudy gold with a big frothy white head. Aroma is grain, yeast and floral hop. Taste is a great blend of grain, floral hop that is soft and yeast with spring notes.

App.: Cloudy deep golden with a fair white head. Aroma: Lovely warm spices, ginger, lavender, flowers, zesty, citrusy. Palate: Medium body, sparkling effervescence. Flav.: Wow, rich floral notes, really nice, sweet, vanilla?, lovely.

Quite good.

Nice crisp and floral. This saison is clean with a nice sweetness and great floral/herbal notes from all the flowers. Loved it.

Tons of flower flavors here. A little age on this bottle did nothing to fade these flavors

had from 750 and poured into a tulip. Pours a hazy lighter orange color with a nice head very complex with aromas of spices, citrus, fruitcake, hops, and some florals as well. Very good depth as well extremely smooth medium feel. Polished with really good flavors of spices, coriander, citrus, and florals A wonderful saison. Very complex and polished.

Bottle picked up at Rick’s in Alexandria. Served in a Mikasa tulip. Pours a nice light golden color with a foamy white head and some nice lacing on the way down. The nose brings some light grain and wheat plus a nice floral character. Light spicing in the background. Flavor hits the floral notes as well plus a nice backing pilsner malt character. Light body and a nice dry finish with a bit of bitterness as well. Quite well done.
