Tons of flower flavors here. A little age on this bottle did nothing to fade these flavors

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2012 had from 750 and poured into a tulip. Pours a hazy lighter orange color with a nice head. very complex with aromas of spices, citrus, fruitcake, hops, and some florals as well. Very good depth as well. extremely smooth medium feel. Polished with really good flavors of spices, coriander, citrus, and florals. A wonderful saison. Very complex and polished.

Bottle picked up at Rick’s in Alexandria. Served in a Mikasa tulip. Pours a nice light golden color with a foamy white head and some nice lacing on the way down. The nose brings some light grain and wheat plus a nice floral character. Light spicing in the background. Flavor hits the floral notes as well plus a nice backing pilsner malt character. Light body and a nice dry finish with a bit of bitterness as well. Quite well done.

bottle picked up by my wife at State Line in Elkton, Md. Best by 4/26/2015 Golden hue capped by a large moon crater head with amazing retention. Lacing hangs to the glass, tons of visiible bubbles. Nose is of yeast and dull earthiness. Taste is well balanced cracker sweetness rounded with flower and earth. Alchohol is upfront on this concoction. Mouth is full bodied. Wish I had another to age and compare.

Smells like fresh grass and flowers, lots of them being tossed in the air. Makes me think of spring time (which was fun because I was enjoying this in the cold of winter). The color is golden. Taste of flowers, pink roses, and a little honey. Delicate texture and lingers nicely on the palate. This is a very interesting style, and I enjoyed it very much. I would love to have this in the spring with a nice salad.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a smallish head and splattered lacing. Smell is initially sweet with honey and floral. Taste is quite sweet of more honey and though I have never had actually flower water before I imagine it tasting much like this. Although good and refreshing a lot of my favorite qualities of a Saison are ate up by the sweet floral notes.

Cloudy, yellow - orange, heavily carbonated with a thick and lasting lacing. Lemon, sour, and sourdough on the nose. All three of those come through in the taste along with a touch too much alcohol. The alcohol and the sourness separate and create two distinct tastes that do not play nice with each other in my opinion. A good beer but in small amounts. Not something I wanted more than a glass of at a time.

Bottle. Hazy golden orange, with white head. Bread, banana esters, sweet flowers, light fruit, perfume, and hay. A nice beer, pretty interesting.

The pour is a crisp golden amber. Large white head, good lacing. Aroma is soft florals, some apple cinnamon. The taste is some of that same cinnamon with a bit of citrus and some bitterness on the finish. Mouthfeel is just great. Full and rich, but not at all sticky. It tastes like autumn, if that makes sense. It’s a subtle beer, great to spend some time with.

Bottle @ home. Golden yellow-orange appearance with a big pearl white head. Rose floral, a touch spicy hoppy, citrusy aroma. Floral, tangy citrusy, lightly tart, light barnyard, Belgian yeasty flavor. Tangy aftertaste.
