Rastacouere (5355), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Sep 6, 2005 Draft at the Publick House. White cover climbs the clear bright golden robe. Soft cereal nose, kinda ricey in nature with delicate straw and typical hallertau floral, honeyed lime/minty hints. The slightest DMS touch is noticeable, but won’t disturb. Well executed once again with a flavour profile leaning toward the grainy and cerealic malts. Engaging carbonation if not intense, restrained bitterness, good balance. hopdog (4645), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 13, 2008 On tap. Poured a medium and clear yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas toasted bread, lightly earthy, and a splash of citrus. Tastes of bread, grass, and had a sweetness to it. Body on the thin side. hopscotch (4579), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Mar 13, 2004 On tap at the pub...
Crystal clear, light yellow lager with a small, fizzy, white head. Butterscotch, lemon and straw in the nose. The flavor is sweet, malty and slightly tangy. Maybe a little short on hops for a golden lager. A little too sweet up front. Light-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Lengthy, decently bittered finish... the hops finally make an appearance. Too little. Too late. muzzlehatch (4424), Burlington, Vermont, USA May 30, 2003 Aroma of buckwheat honey, light and pleasing on the palate, refreshing and quaffable, bright medium gold on the eye. Nice for a low-grav lager. Ernest (4250), Boulder, Colorado, USA May 25, 2006 Draught, Publick House, Southampton.
Head is mostly diminishing.
Body is light yellow.

Very similar to Montauk, but with some corn brine. Not that good.
