Poured golden with a medium white head. Aromas of barnyard, leather, and sourness. Flavors are complex citrusy, sour, spicy, and bitter. Medium bodied, fizzy carbonation and a crisp finish.

Pours a mild cloudy golden with a thick lacy white head. Aroma is loaded with dry Belgian malts. Dry, semi-sweet body has a powerful lingering floral hop quality, but could use more Belgian malty balance. An interesting style to say the least and fairly well done, but I’m not sure if it couldn’t use some tweaking.

Bold horseblanket aroma, with a layer of sour on top. Flavor strikes hard with some sour lambic and some biting witbier characteristics. The finish is amazingly crisp, dry and short (just like Orval). This is an excellent (albeit rare) potable.

gabf'03 Cloudy pour with spicy aroma. An evolving, tannin taste that is sour and woody. Evolves and finishes better when it warms.

Excellent, almost creamy mouthfeel. Almost a translucent light orange appearance. Excellent beer overall, tastes very similar to Brewer's Art Pale Ale.
