Oct 22, 2004 Pours a mild cloudy golden with a thick lacy white head. Aroma is loaded with dry Belgian malts. Dry, semi-sweet body has a powerful lingering floral hop quality, but could use more Belgian malty balance. An interesting style to say the least and fairly well done, but I’m not sure if it couldn’t use some tweaking.

Oct 21, 2004 Updated: Oct 23, 2004Bold horseblanket aroma, with a layer of sour on top. Flavor strikes hard with some sour lambic and some biting witbier characteristics. The finish is amazingly crisp, dry and short (just like Orval). This is an excellent (albeit rare) potable.

Mar 24, 2004 gabf'03 Cloudy pour with spicy aroma. An evolving, tannin taste that is sour and woody. Evolves and finishes better when it warms.

does not count  Feb 4, 2004 Excellent, almost creamy mouthfeel. Almost a translucent light orange appearance. Excellent beer overall, tastes very similar to Brewer's Art Pale Ale.
