A light but full-flavored lager beer for those who prefer a lower calorie brew (about 100 calories per glass)

Draught @ the best brewery in the world. Expressive cereal grain aroma, clean, with no off smells. Clear yellow color. Clean cereal grain flavors. Very light and well made. I could drink this, whereas all macros I can’t stomach.

Grainy, cereal malts in a fresh and inviting, mash-like aroma. Brilliant pale golden coloured body with a low white head that recedes to ring. Clean, fresh, malty flavour with light minishing bitterness. Light body with lively carbonation. Sampled on tap at the brewpub with Olivier_MTL and Rastacouere.

Draft at the Publick House. White diminishing head covered extremely pale yellow, clear body. Soft lemony and spic aromas, light notes of apples. Refreshing, good overall balance, thin structure, tartish with limited bitterness. Good light beer, but obviously not very inspiring.

Tap SPH. Pale straw with a thin white head. Ligh malt aroma. Flavor of sweet malt with a long mild bitter finish. Light bodied.

Rather thin and watery, which is to be expected for a light beer. Color is oddly similar to Southampton’s Golden Lager. Flavor evidences no hops whatsoever. Mild and pleasant.

Looks...like a light beer. More hop bite than a macro, slightly herbal in finish. No off flavors. Good for a light beer, really. But still a light beer.

Probably the best light beer I’ve ever had. Still has that thin light beer taste but goes down much smoother than your typical light beer and doesn’t leave a nasty aftertaste like a typical american light beer. Not a great beer but if you want a light beer, this is not a bad choice by any means.

This beer is like pancakes-"all exciting at first but by the end your f*ckin sick of em. " -mitch hedberg This beer does start out nice with a light color and minimal head, golden color and has a slightly hoppy aroma. As the beer warms you can clearly tell that they use corn as an adjunct, as it reaks of cooked corn or corn on the cob. This could be from DMS but I doubt it. Im pretty sure that they used way too much corn to lighten body and color and it shows. Overall it is drinkable if it is cold but kind of a let down from such a great brewery. I’d gladly take a sam adams or saranac light over this anyday.
