Not bad I expected more pumpkin from this beer. If you want A beer that is not overwhelmingly sweet yet a pumpkinbrew than this is probably your best bet. In my opinion not as good as pumking

Bottle. Clear amber colour with a medium head. Spicy aroma with the pumpkin up front and some sweetness from the malts. No particular hops. Flavour is very spicy with a good malt base. The pumpkin is dominating but also cinnamon and nutmeg is present. Good balanced pumpkin ale.

Bottle. I’m surprised this is released in June/July, but nonetheless...pours a clear dark amber with a large white head. Aroma of rich pumpkin pie! (but it is not that strong, unfortunately) Flavor of spices upfront (nutmeg mostly), followed by sweet fruits (strawberry and raspberry) with a slight pumpkiny aftertaste. Fairly tasty, but I would like to see more pumpkin. Also it got a bit too sweet for my liking. There are better pumpkin ales out there.

Bottle. Aroma very pumpkin pie, heavy on the spices, maybe some nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice. Flavor gets kind of minty/wintergreeny, always spicy, a little less pumpkin from the pie. Did get a bit cloyingly sweet toward the end of my roughly 8 oz. portion, so wouldn’t want to drink more than that, but for at least awhile, very bold and luscious.

the pumpkin flavor was lacking and had disapated into a vin like punch. The spice was well managed and good lending the quality to the nose and taste. Next time I think fresh would be best.

Nice amber color, white head, leaving some lacing. Smell was pretty good, light smell of pumpkin and spice, definately some nutmeg. Taste has hints of tasting like pumpkin pie, but seems to be a bit bland. Don’t get me wrong, there is enough pumpkin taste to notice, but just seems a little too light. Body was on the lighter side of medium, with quite a bit of carbonation. This was alright, but the one bomber I had will suffice. Worth a try. This is an old rating. I need to update for the most recent batch I had which was much better.
