Pours slight hazy orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is mildly sweetend and ginger heavy. Flavour is solid ginger flavoured. Mild sweetend. Finish is spiced and mild caramel malty. I hate ginger in beer! Grovlam (3790), Copenhagen, Denmark Feb 8, 2008 Bottle.[Tasting session @ yespr, thanks for a great evening Jesper] Average creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Clear flat looking body with a pale amber colour. Heavy ginger and pumpkin aroma, with notes of grain, caramel and mix of fruit. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavour with light bitter notes. Spicy sweet and lasting ginger – pumpkin finish. Theis (3617), Denmark Feb 2, 2008 Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Clear golden/amber - white head. Pumpkin, spicy, nutmeg, ligh tmalty, sweetness, caramel, bread, light fruity, light grassy, wet grass. A bit watery body and finish. OK - not bad !! Skinnyviking (4142), Copenhagen, Denmark Jan 27, 2008 Bottle. Off-white high creamy and lasting head. Clear amber body. Aroma of pumpkin with the addition of a quite a good deal of pepper and coriander. Flavor is however surprisingly just with a bit of pumpkin as the pepper and coriander is far mor dominant. High carbonation and a long aftertaste. I feared the worst, this beer is however ok. anders37 (4516), Malmö, Sweden Jan 22, 2008 Bottle. Thanks to john adam2002 for this one. Pours a clear copper color with a small off-white head. Sweet malty and spicy aroma, nutmeg and cinnamon. Sweet malty spicy nutmeg flavor. Sweeetish malty spicy finish. heemer77 (4294), Savannah, Missouri, USA Dec 29, 2007 Thanks for sharing, Weepie! The body is dark ornage red with a yellowish khaki head. The aroma was pumpkin with strong nutmeg. Pretty straightforward in the simple aroma. The taste was pumpkin rind with some nutmeg. There was also a Grape Nuts character. A nicely made brew.
