MIBRomeo (1962), Wisconsin, USA Nov 27, 2007 cloudy off orangish pour w/ visible carbonation and a thick white head w/ good lacing. Lots of nutmeg and cinnamon in the aroma some light pepper as well a light graham cracker. palate is pretty avg w/ lots of carbonation. flavor is fairly spiced a bit vegative. I’d say mostly nutmeg and graham cracker... touches of pumpkin... not really pie like... odd... not special. Hawksfan17 (717), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 26, 2007 Light pumpkin aroma is offered by this orange pour. The taste is of pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg but is more fruity then spicy. It is nice and smooth. More drinkable then flavorful. Funknmilla (577), Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 24, 2007 Smells like pumpkin spices , nutmeg also cinnamon, but light.....looks thin and a nice amber color, beige head that leaves quickly..a thin and watery pumpkin beer.....just an average, easy to drink seasonal...an entry level pumpkin you might say...not awful, but not for me SamuraiArtist (292), portland, Oregon, USA Nov 23, 2007 Bottle thanks to Zathrus13 i think.
Pours a golden amber color with white head. Aroma is of malt and lots of spices. Flavor is lightly malty and pilsnery with very very light hops and notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, noticeable but just shy of being too much. Light and very drinkable. ultraspank (866), Dublin, Ohio, USA Nov 23, 2007 Enjoyed one of these with Allison after a nice thanksgiving meal and desert. Nose of spice, flowers, sawdust, and resin. Pours a sparkling copper orange. The stiff frothy bone head is fully lasting with fair lace. The brew is well balanced with light acidity and a spicy sweet bisquity finish. The medium creamy body is lively and the finish feels dry. stangger (155), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 18, 2007 Updated: Dec 21, 200822 oz bottle - also on tap at the boathouse in Conshohocken, PA. Great, subtle pumpkin flavor. Extremely smooth. Not as strong of a taste as Weyerbacher - more understated. sirpsycho (342), Murrysville, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 17, 2007 22 oz. bottle. Pours a medium amber. Aroma is cinnamon, slight pumpkin and other spices. Taste was a very subdued pumpkin, cinnamon and spices. They tasted a little too unnatural, manufactured. Eh...I can knock this one off the list now. GeneralGao (3051), Iowa City, Iowa, USA Nov 16, 2007 22 oz bottle. Poured a clear medium orange color. Head was three fingers high and off white with good retention. There was only a bit of lace on the glass at the end. Aroma was of assorted spices and biscuity malt. Slightly sweet on the tongue with a nice mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, bready malt, and pumpkin flavors all in roughly equal proportions. Not a bad beer.
