Not very impressed with this offering. Pours a pale orange color with off-white head. Aroma is of pumpkin and all spice. Tastes of pumpkin and spices. Not much carbonation and a nutty spice finish. Decent brew, but wouldn’t seek out again.

Aug 25, 2008 Not bad I expected more pumpkin from this beer. If you want A beer that is not overwhelmingly sweet yet a pumpkinbrew than this is probably your best bet. In my opinion not as good as pumking

Aug 13, 2008 Bottle. Clear amber colour with a medium head. Spicy aroma with the pumpkin up front and some sweetness from the malts. No particular hops. Flavour is very spicy with a good malt base. The pumpkin is dominating but also cinnamon and nutmeg is present. Good balanced pumpkin ale.

Jul 20, 2008 Bottle. I’m surprised this is released in June/July, but nonetheless...pours a clear dark amber with a large white head. Aroma of rich pumpkin pie! (but it is not that strong, unfortunately) Flavor of spices upfront (nutmeg mostly), followed by sweet fruits (strawberry and raspberry) with a slight pumpkiny aftertaste. Fairly tasty, but I would like to see more pumpkin. Also it got a bit too sweet for my liking. There are better pumpkin ales out there.

Jul 20, 2008 Bottle. Aroma very pumpkin pie, heavy on the spices, maybe some nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice. Flavor gets kind of minty/wintergreeny, always spicy, a little less pumpkin from the pie. Did get a bit cloyingly sweet toward the end of my roughly 8 oz. portion, so wouldn’t want to drink more than that, but for at least awhile, very bold and luscious.

Jul 17, 2008 Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are really sweet pumpkin with malt and some fruits.
