Clear golden body with a large frothy white head that lingers. Fruity, spicy aroma with belgian hints. Sweet candi sugar and spice flavor, light fruitiness. Medium body with moderately high carbonation and a bit of carbonic bite.

750 mL bottle, corked and caged. Pours golden with a big white head. Sweet fresh aroma, tastes very refreshing, a great beer for the middle of the summer, with zest and liveliness.

Cloudy yellow pour with a very large beige head. Belgian yeast strikes you, with some light citrus notes. High in carbonation, and just overall good drinkin. Nice middle session beer.

Pale yellow, a bit hazy color, floating yeast particles. Fruity, a bit sticky, glueish aroma, Belgian ale like, but perhaps not very Saison-like. Very American style Saison: fruity yeasty, peppery and a bit papery. Not bad, but lacking something .. depth?

750 ML Bottle-Cloudy golden color w/a huge white head & good lacing. Sweet, doughy aroma of a classic Belgian. Flavors of yeast, bread dough, colander, citrus, banana, & apple. Very smooth, easy drinking brew w/a dry, spicy finsh; just the right bitter bite to it. Rich, full mouthfeel. Great spring/summer brew; very refreshing & very enjoyable.

This came from a caged and corked 750ml bottle. Poured into a tulip glass, this had a massive head and left stickly lace down the glass. Sunflower yellow color. Aromas of Belgian yeast, spices, perhaps some coriander and black pepper? Slightly sweet smelling as well. Very nice flavor. Nicely balanced between sweet malts and hops and yeastiness. Mouthfeel was just right. Full bodies but left a clean palate. Overall, a very nice brew. One of the best saison’s I’ve had. Recommended.
