3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Looks like Iím the first one to review this one. Had it on tap at Sticky Fingers. I was a fan of this one. Itís got the Amarillo hops which Iíve really been enjoying lately. It pours cloudy dark amber with a white head that leaves lots of lacing. Great aroma - floral and fruity. Taste is bitter citrus with a bit of caramel malt. Medium body and smooth drinking. Overall, an enjoyable IPA.

Feel: very smooth for style. Medium body; medium carbonation.
atypical above moderate bitterness.
Earthy hops ; strong English IPA.
O relatively high bitterness with relatively low hop aromatics - not my preferred balance.

10/28/13. On tap at Churchillís in Savannah. Amber orange pour with a small khaki head. Mild hop aroma, a light citrus bite with a touch of dankness, but mostly malty with some caramel. Okay flavor, balance is towards the malty side - caramel, doughy, just a dash of citrus hop character. Not bad.

From the growler. Dark gold pour with a thick off white head. Big citrus and pine dry hop aroma. Medium body malt, clean with a nice citrus hop bitterness. Good stuff.
