COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An inspiration from the beer country, our Belgian Witbier is a good representation of this classic style. A combination of coriander and citrus peel provides a pleasant tart-lemon aroma and orange-citrus flavor. This beer is refreshingly crisp and perfect for those hot summer festivals.

Can. Lemon, linalool, coriander, wheat malt, tin, and hay aroma. Slightly hazy yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet citrus/berry, wheat malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Just okay.

Typical wheat beer flavors with a bit more lemon peel especially on the finish. Not as much haze as I like to see in this style. Good not great.

Can. Pale with slight haze. First impression is its a rather friendly easy going beer. Not really tart, more like a shiny wit. Very good cutting co2 and I like that. Second big swig is pretty good too. Does have just a tad of medicine but its pretty good overall. Could drink a few of these babies. Toward the end, some of the spices come forward and I wish they were just a little more laid back. Not bad tho, never gets in yer face. Nicely balanced brew, hides alky well for a 5%.

On tap Atlanta intl airport. Citrusy, coriander and doughy yeast. Taste is orange, dry wheat, refreshing and silky. Not bad for an American wit, but stylewise average.

Tap @ Treylor Park in Svn with Erica first day. Pour solid dark peach baby food color. Very thin white head. Ripe banana aroma and an overripe banana flavor with notes of malt and a bit of candied citrus. Really clean follow-through. No complaints.

12 oz can. It pours a hazy yellow with a large white, long lasting head. It has the aroma of wheat & Belgian yeast. I taste wheat, lemon, citrus, coriander & bread with a light, pleasant bitterness. It tastes like a wit should taste. I enjoyed this beer and look forward to drinking more beer from this brewery.
