An inspiration from the beer country, our Belgian Witbier is a good representation of this classic style. A combination of coriander and citrus peel provides a pleasant tart-lemon aroma and orange-citrus flavor. This beer is refreshingly crisp and perfect for those hot summer festivals.

12 oz can. It pours a hazy yellow with a large white, long lasting head. It has the aroma of wheat & Belgian yeast. I taste wheat, lemon, citrus, coriander & bread with a light, pleasant bitterness. It tastes like a wit should taste. I enjoyed this beer and look forward to drinking more beer from this brewery.

Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear, golden yellow color and has a small white head. The aroma is yeast and wheat, an nice smell. The taste had some citrus and the wheat came through nicely. Overall, a real good beer.

Canned, poured into glass. This is a great wheat beer. Crisp and refreshing but full of flavor without being super heavy or filling. Everything that a good wheat beer should be. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours slightly hazy solar golden with a thin but decent eggshell head. Aroma pounces on the nose and presents bold banana, pear and yeasty notes riding an undertone of malt. Flavor rolls rich fruity - mainly banana and pear, plus a hint of apple - malty, yeasty and hoppy tones over the palate, and fruity and malt sweetness balances the hoppy bitterness. Texture is average in fizz and body departments. Scatter with one.

Cloudy orange pour, with some sediment and a creamy white head. Aroma is banana, yeast and lemon. Nice creamy body, with medium carbonation. Kind of a toast/bisquit flavor up front, followed by a yeasty, light citrus. Lemon creeps back into the flavor profile at the end and is quite lasting. Not very sophisticated by any means but it’s tasty.

Pours clear yellow with foamy white head. Aroma is estery citrus with coriander spice. Flavor is heavy coriander making a crisp but somewhat overpowering flavor that sharply contrasts the heavy ester notes provoked by the yeast in the nose.
