COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An inspiration from the beer country, our Belgian Witbier is a good representation of this classic style. A combination of coriander and citrus peel provides a pleasant tart-lemon aroma and orange-citrus flavor. This beer is refreshingly crisp and perfect for those hot summer festivals.

On tap @ Southbound --- Cloudy golden amber, white head that is very slow to recede, sheets of lace. Wheat malt with a slightly sour edge that adds a quick shot of sweet coriander and spice in the palate before fading quickly with mild battering. Very light, but reasonable hot weather brew.

Not a bad entry into Savannah’s brewery. Nice spiced aroma, light body and flavor, just a but of harshness in the finish keeps it from being better.

Draft at Closed for Business. Hazy pale golden pour with a small white head. Dominated fruity, bubblegum yeast nose with touches of spice. Flavor is very similar with more of the snappy spice notes finishing the back end, notes of citrus as well. Medium light bodied and refreshing. Not too shabby.

Draft. Nose is very perfumey and full of citrus. Pours a rather cloudy darker orange color. Small white head that laces well. Taste is a creamy orange flavor with moderate peppery notes. Medium mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Enjoyable but a little to full to be extremely drinkable and quenching.

On tap at Crystal Beer Parlor. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of bready malt, bubblegum, clove, light fruits. Flavor of wheat malt, sweet fruit, clove, bubblegum. A standard American wheat, nothing to get very excited about. 6/4/6/4/13 (3.3/5)

A really nice Wit. Not shy on the coriander. A pint poured at the Pirate House Restaurant in Savannah. Poured golden though clearer than I’d expect for a wheat. (maybe we got the top of the keg.) Thin white head. Smelled nicely of coriander and that orange peel. Taste very nice fully taste of coriander with clove, and mandarin orange. Well done.
