Jun 6, 2008 Copper straw yellow color with a fair light head. Pretty clear. Corn mixed with hop nose not too overpowered. Flavor of cooked corn and some malt. Typical blonde.

Apr 7, 2008 Draft. Light yellow color, light lemon/straw nose. Some hops, but mostly tastes like a bit of sour and water. Refreshing enough, crisp, but no depth. What a bunch of boring beers out of this place.

Apr 7, 2008 This one was just strange. It arrives in the glass looking for all the world like a light lager with added yellow color. However, the taste doesn’t match up with the appearance at all -- it tastes like an ale, all right, and a much darker one at that -- and yet, not in an overly pleasing way. Just strange. I didn’t know what to do with this one.

Sep 16, 2007 Tap. Very light sweet malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Creamy barley malt flavor. An excellent blonde ale - very nice flavor.
